The Journey Continues

Thank You, Travelers!  

We’re grateful to everyone who backed, shared, commented, asked questions, and helped shape the campaign along the way.

Because of your support, the final version of Hands of Fate will include two additional Fates, upgraded components, the Book of Fates digital companion, and the velvet interior upgrade for the collector-style packaging.

We did not quite reach the final Dark Path Mode goal, but we loved seeing the interest in that idea. It may still help shape where Hands of Fate goes next, and we’ll be listening closely when we send out the post-campaign survey.

What happens next:

Kickstarter is now collecting pledges. After that, we’ll prepare the pledge manager, where you’ll be able to confirm your reward, provide shipping information, and make any available add-on selections.

We’ll keep you updated as we move into production and fulfillment.

Hands of Fate has grown! Thanks to your support, new stretch goals have been unlocked, and every backer will now receive more than when the campaign began.

The Book of Fates is now unlocked!

This 12-page digital companion explores each Fate’s light, shadow, and motives – helping you understand them as archetypes in your everyday life. 

Each Fate receives its own page, with examples drawn from ancient figures, familiar stories, and real-life patterns: the protector who becomes controlling, the healer who mistakes dependence for love, the conqueror who mistakes force for destiny.

And the Fates may not be finished yet...

Where the standard journey explores what may shape your path, Dark Path Mode focuses on what could complicate it: the missteps, temptations, costs, and hidden risks that may be waiting ahead.  The Fates become more ruthless, and they use Shadow Tokens to amplify the dangers of the journey.

Solo play found a real home with Mystic Crossroads, our previous tarot experience. According to our post-campaign survey, it became the most common way to play – and the Solo Journey Kit became our most popular add-on afterward.

Now Hands of Fate has a Solo Journey Kit of its own: a nautical journal, quill pen with ink, and LED candle for recording insights and creating a more immersive solo experience – all for $25.
